Digital products

All purchases are digital custom-generated files. Once a download is consumed, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the file. Contact us from the email address used at checkout and include your order or session reference.

Etsy purchases

Orders claimed through Etsy follow the same rule: refunds are only possible before the digital file is downloaded. After download, please use Etsy's messaging system for any quality concern.
