Terms of Service

1. Digital product

Moon Phase Poster sells digital poster files only. No physical product is shipped. After purchase or Etsy order verification you receive a credit that unlocks one 311-megapixel / 360 DPI download.

2. License

Each credit grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the generated poster for yourself or as a gift. Resale, redistribution or use of the digital file for commercial printing-on-demand services is not allowed without a separate commercial license. Within that personal license you may print the file as many times and at as many sizes as you like, and re-download it from your account at any time. Uploading the file to stock sites, marketplaces or print-on-demand catalogues is expressly prohibited.

One purchase covers one poster with one to four moons — the number of moons never changes the price. Edits to that poster are unlimited and never consume another credit; a different poster (new dates, names or places) requires a new purchase.

3. Refunds

Because the product is a custom-generated digital file, refunds are only issued if the download was never consumed and the request is made within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Credits are tied to the account used at purchase and cannot be split or transferred.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
